Digital Product Delivery and Compatibility
Digital eBooks are delivered electronically after successful payment. Depending on the title, files may be available in PDF, EPUB, or Kindle-compatible formats. Download instructions will be provided in your order confirmation email.

Physical Book Shipping
Physical books are shipped within the United States using carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery windows vary by location and selected shipping method.
Stories By CL Holden is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, adverse weather conditions, customs processing for international orders, or other circumstances outside our control. Once a shipment has been handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the buyer.
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@storiesbyclholden.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the claim. Stories By CL Holden is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing by the customer.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Physical books may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unread condition with no visible damage, markings, or wear. To initiate a return, please email info@storiesbyclholden.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received in a damaged or incorrect condition.
Approved refunds for physical book returns will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Digital product purchases are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded, as outlined in Section 5 of these Terms. Orders for physical books may be canceled without penalty if cancellation is requested before the order has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the return process applies.
